Oh. So. Good. You can put peanut sauce on a lot of stuff. Pasta, grilled veggies, chicken, rice, and more.
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled and minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup creamy, low-fat peanut butter
Whisk everything until well blended. Store in the fridge.
