Fire up your grill (or oven) and enjoy.
Ingredients:
1/4 c white wine or apple juice
3/4 c soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons sugar
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour marinade over the chicken for at least 2 hours or overnight (for about 3 lbs of chicken).
